Some of the projects we've been working on in the last 12 months.

Bell Place, Wolverhampton 

The project comprises of the redevelopment of an existing car park site to provide 100 residential apartments and office space within a part 2/ part 5 storey building, together with basement car parking, cycle and bin stores and solar PV panels.
PML undertook the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services design to Stage 4. 

Waterford, Hertford

The development comprises a mix of 8 dwellings on land previously used as storage depot and vehicle / machinery workshops. 
It has been designed to meet the maximum five-star rating under the Home Quality Mark. This is the first time nationally that a small development by a niche developer has been designed to meet this high criteria
PML carried a design the SAP/EPC report and MEPH design to RIBA Stage 4.

Moore House, Black Lion Street, Brighton

Moore house is a prominent building situated in sight of Brighton Beach. The project included the construction of one new floor and the refurbishment of the 4th floor to include all new mechanical services, new boosted cold water service and lighting.
PML carried a stage 3 design to achieve a BREEAM good rating, and includes the MEP services and production of the pre and post EPC.

Clapham Road, London

This substantial proposed development includes an Aparthotel, Residential and commercial spaces within a new complex on a 2400m2 site. The site is aiming to become 100% carbon neutral, which will see the incorporation of many renewable technologies.
PML carried out an Energy and Sustainability Statement, M&E strategic design, Lighting Assessment and Air Quality Assessment.

1 Stephen Street, London

1 Stephen Street is a multi-tenanted building just off Tottenham Court Road. The project was to extensively renovate 5 of the 7 floors.
PML offered technical services management for the main contractor, including review of sub-contractor design and documentation. We were responsible for a weekly TSM meeting and relaying technical progress to the client team.

Tait House, London

Tait House is a residential apartment block, which is being extended to include a new floor.  
PML was asked to provide a full design for the MEP services, including SAP & EPC documents. A new Booster set, and condensing units are being installed in the basement, with services rising in a new riser. The waste stacks are being retained and extended to serve the new floor.

Sawyers Church, Brentwood

Sawyers Church is a church at the heart of its Community and has been established in Brentwood for over 60 years. It had outgrown its current building and is in the process of being rebuilt to accommodate numerous Children and Youth activities, Café and Frontline Partnership initiatives, Adult Community Events and much more.
