Residential Developments

From single new houses, to large scale city-centre regeneration projects, we are committed to delivering future proof designs that offer a high level of control, comfort and connectivity.

Whether the development is situated on previously used brownfield sites or previously undeveloped land; we take our responsibility for sustainability and usability very seriously. Our drive is always towards zero carbon developments with a focus on clever use of renewable technologies.

We continue to research the fast paced renewable technology industry, seeking to include user friendly, low maintenance and cost effective solutions including solar PV, solar thermal, waste heat recovery.

Our design approach can incorporate sustainable urban drainage systems (SuDS), Home Quality Mark (HQM), Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP), Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and Part L Compliance for Building Control to suit the needs or our clients.

Commercial Projects

We offer surveys for dilapidation, pre-acquisition, asset identification and life-cycle. We regularly undertaken site inspections of various types of building throughout the commercial, education and health sectors and will produce schedules and reports detailing our findings.

One of foundations is consultancy and technical services for Cat A & Cat B fit-out projects. We have worked on a substantial number of projects in and around London to ensure that the subcontractors performance meets the clients expectations and installation is carried to a high standard.

Our technical design and consultancy include for all aspects of the mechanical, electrical and public health disciplines. We also appoint and manage specialists designers under a sub consultancy to ensure that all ‘specialist’ services, such as SuDS and underground drainage carry the correct and relevant citification. We are regularly are asked to give general MEP advise to our clients, such as comment on proposed sub-contractor designs. We report on their quality and suitability for each bespoke project. In these projects we use our vast experience to give general advice and will also lease with the sub-contractors to better understand and advise our clients.

Technical Services

Auditing
Auditing is a large part of our business. We work with building management companies and land lords to make sure their facilities company are servicing the M&E equipment as per their contract.  

Space Planning
A growing area of our business, we can design your office space to maximise space to give a professional ambience. We will make sure that spaces don't feel cluttered and comply to building codes and best practices.

CAD Drawings
Using AutoCAD software and a team of experienced engineers, our team can produce CAD plans either from a survey or from a provided drawing. Drawings can be produced in either 2D or 3D and incorporate MEP services or furniture layouts.

MEP Design

 As part of an M&E design we can size the ductwork, pipework, air conditioning, lighting, small power services as required to meet the client's expectations.
These Designs and drawings can be the extent of our involvement, or we can take it forward into procurement, project management, handover and beyond.

Space Planning

Space planning is an important part of interior design. Working from a client brief, the designer then draws a plan that defines separate zones, which can include circulation spaces, cellular offices, kitchen or tea points. The plan is completed by adding furniture and equipment.
